I only noticed 2 main differences in our stores the drawers are white with only the round area transparent, and also our stores have a sections of parts to build a small vehicle or animal.

The West Edmonton Malls Lego Store has a pretty impressive Pick-a-brick wall. I did my best to clean them out!

@sema4 our two stores usually have between 60 and 70 elements. I think people were impressed by the number of elements, the types of elements, and the look of the wall with the fully clear bins.
