Great idea. Here's a few of my regulars:
http://www.brothers-brick.com/
Great highlights of some of the latest amazing MOCs being created by the community.http://brickset.com/
Great for getting lots of details about any official set. Also a good news blog about official sets.http://www.bricklink.com/
A great resource for purchasing specific bricks (and also discontinued sets). Also a great catalogue of pieces, including their availability and typical cost.

I also appreciate those sites. Here's a few more to help occupy your spare time.

This site is great for finding Lego deals and has more Canadian content.http://www.brickpicker.com/
I have used this site to keep track of my sets, bu I have been thinking about switching to Brickset. It seems to have a little more to offer.

Such a great idea to post LEGO related websites in one place! I use a lot of the ones you guys have posted and I also like:
http://lego.brickinstructions.com/
I use this site a lot when I want to know if sets that are on sale are a good source for spare parts. It's a pretty good database (though not always up to date with the most recent releases) and provides pictures, part #s, and the quantity of each element/piece. It also has instructions if you want to build a retired set without having to hunt it down and pay more than you want for a set you are just going to open and build.http://www.playvaluetoys.com/categories/LEGO%C2%AE/
If you missed out on a set that was recently retired then you might find it at this Canadian Store. Prices are the same as the LEGO Store and there's free shipping with purchases over $100.http://www.brickjournal.com/
Various articles and LEGO related content.http://lego.gizmodo.com/
A fun blog with a variety of posts and links.

Krista, those are handy sites. I hadn't heard of the playvalue toys site. Might have to add that to my rotation. Here's a couple more.

Really like his blog style and the interview section is sweet.https://www.youtube.com/user/wintermute3
Over on the tubes, this guy is killing it! Pretty hilarious and great to watch while sorting.(does contain a few profanities, beer and many awesome lego creations.)

I found a great site for micropolis lovers (Krista) and it also has some great resources. It is called http://www.little.brickroot.com/
Another sweet blog I found recently is https://keithlug.com/. Besides being an amazing builder himself, Keith Goldman does a great job highlighting builds and builders that might get overlooked by some of the more established blogs.

Here's a great resource that I found for piecing together Star Wars minifigures. It has very detailed pictures and lots of other information such as the set the each minifigure came with.
